Words can’t express my gratitude to the whole team! My move was not straightforward as the exchange of contracts kept getting delayed so I was unable to confirm dates, but Duncan and the team were so understanding and did everything to try and keep an opening for me. When the move did happen, just before Christmas, all of the chaps were friendly, reassuring, kind and professional. They loaded up the vans seamlessly and without complaint (I’m sure there were a few things I didn’t box very well!). They were delayed at the other end as my new home hadn’t been vacated on time and they patiently waited until they could get full access. They worked so hard and helped me enormously, I really can’t thank them enough. They certainly earned their money that day!!

Duncan and his team did a superb job for us. My wife and I realised that we were up against it with the packing and Duncan 'pulled out the stops' and allocated extra guys for the load phase of the move which made all the difference to our stress levels. The whole move went smoothly and Duncan split the moving in phase over two days to make it easier for us at no extra cost. I highly recommend Duncan and his team at Jarretts.

Jarretts are a well known local company and the first removal one we contacted. We were so impressed with the service offer and price we didn't try anywhere else.
On the day the team were brilliant. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They were professional but amiable and very efficient. They made what could have a been a difficult day, very easy. We were packed up by 12 o'clock and unpacked quickly in our new home giving us plenty of time to settle in.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jarretts for a professional service at a good price.

From the very first contact with this firm it was evident that they know what they are doing. Each staff member I spoke with was helpful and answered my questions regarding the process with kindness and patience so that I was confident that I had chosen well. On the day, the two man team arrived promptly, consulted me throughout and double checked each room before the van left. At the new location, the unpacking was done quickly, again with consultation about where things were to be placed and with a cheerful manner.
